Custom and personalized orders
Payment for all custom orders must be made in advance. Proofs will be sent to buyer within the agreed upon timeframe after the order is placed.
Shipping Times
USPS estimated shipping times are estimates. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date once the item has shipped. I CAN guarantee a ship by date, but once the item has left my possession, when it is actually delivered to you depends on USPS.
Cricut Design Space Compatability
Studio 874 files are compatible with most software programs and cutters that can import and work with the files provided (SVG, EPS, DXF, and PLT). There are a few exceptions.
Cricut Design Space
This software program in incapable of importing large designs with a lot of objects or colors. I do have a workaround for this and have been working to update all of my listings. If you purchase a design and it does not have a file entitled "Cricut," please contact me and I will send you the files needed for the design to work within this program.
Silhouette Cameo Software Compatability
Studio 874 files are compatible with most software programs and cutters that can import and work with the files provided (SVG, EPS, DXF, and PLT). There are a few exceptions.
You MUST own the upgraded Designer Edition software in order to use my files in the Silhouette software. The basic edition that comes with the machine will not work. There will be no refunds for not having the correct software.
